NEVER, NEVER, NEVER forget, this is your bloody money, you worked for it, you earnt it, YOU BLOODY WELL OWN IT. Now, it is within your remit to abandon the remaining dreggs of our Democracy, that is your choise, but I would advise, you consider the implications of the NOW, and the possible change of directions tomorrow. Remember, Remember, Always Remember; tomorrow is another day. All those days, that are now regurgitated as part of our history, are nothing more than bit of crap, wipped onto paper and flushed with a twist of the wrist. And so we redicule a lifetime, NAY, We, you, Abandon the work of years; the bits and pieces of , what was once the market , where you entered with eyes wide open , and came away with a gentle introduction unto the world of Finance. THAT... is how it should remain.
Now though my dear, brov, what next?????
IS it our tomorrow???? Or should we leave it until the Political Bums awake and smell the coffee , or even bits of the old Politiclal Stand-by-: " When in danger or in doubt, run in circles scream and shout." You then pretend that everyone else is to blame except you.

Sundays Newspapers and TV's "The Big Question".
I have wasted an hour at least, trying to get a link on the BBC. Home Page, so that I could congratulate them and Nicky Campbell on a first class programme.
Everything about the hour I spent watching and listening, was an education. I normally turn off after fifteen or thirty minutes but today was riveting. Thank You.
I then made for the Sunday Telegraph and I came across the article written by Janet Daley. I would advise all of you to go there and read it. It is a graphic description of how we in this country have succumbed to the illusion of Political Authority. We all seem to have forgotten, they bloody well work for the voters. It is now time to change the way we allow them to go about this job, and the only way you have of bringing them to heel is for you, the "ordinary" people, the Taxpayers, to take control of Taxation.
You can do this by changing the way you work and are paid. Tomorrow I intend to contact Ernst & Young. Some years ago, it could be ten years, I did contact them as well as PWC., KPMG., and Deloitte & Touche. E&Y. were very helpful, the others had other fish to fry. I do still have the letters they wrote.
As well as this call, I must have a word with the Bank. Only what I have to do is establish an Off-Shore Agency, that the Bank is happy with and a system of security that allows for secure deposit that is acceptable to Employers and Employees. I do have a system to allow this and yet it is beyond any possible law on disclosure. That is the risk of governments demanding the disclosure of all foreign held off-shore bank accounts.
I will leave it at that for now, but promise to add any information tomorrow evening. As of Friday, there are now three of us to put this together, plus the Bank and with luck, some help from Ernst & Young.
And never forget, this is your money we are talking about, if those Politicians want to give money away, I have no objections at all. Only make sure it is their own money, not yours.

MORE TAXPAYERS MONEY FOR THE BANKS?
Well the BoE. has got the interest rate down to 1.5. Very soon now, it will be the Banks having to pay you to borrow the Taxpayers money. Or at least that is how it should be.
Yesterday, I had a surprise telephone call from the Bank I use. They are still interested in funding this idea of the Taxpayers starting their own system of Public Service Funding.
Here in Norfolk, the Local Conservative Party has de-selected Daniel Cox, Leader of the County Council. And all because he wanted to save the Taxpayers about £500million a year of un-necessary spending. Waste in other words. Everywhere you look these days, you will find Public Service waste. I gave up counting when the number of people working and paying Tax, was 28 million. the number of people on the electoral roll was 29 million. That was either 2001 or 2005. Then the Local elections of 2007, the number of electors was 39 million, or so the BBC. declared, and the number of number of taxpayers had gone from 29 million to 31.5 million. Make of that what you will. When I asked where the extra 12 million voters came from, it was put down to a natural increase in the birth rate. Then again, when I got in touch with the BBC. over a NAO. report and an alleged £12 billion that was un-accounted for in the DSS. budget and the theft of many, many, "Tax Credits" I received a letter from the BBC
in Scotland, Glasgow or Edinburgh I'm not sure which, the letter contained a cop, or part copy of a "Confession" by David Varley, then head od Inland Revenue, as it was, stating that his Staff had in fact, stolen some £12 or £13 million in cash from the London Office. I gave that letter to a friendly Tax Inspector to use at an annual Union meeting. It might be possible to retrieve it.

CAN'T YOU HEAR THE SLAMMING OF DOORS ?
It has taken me far longer than I thought, and still I haven't got the go ahead to address a Norfolk County Council Cabinet meeting as I was expecting. Now it will have to wait until the new year. I thought I had an open invitation from Daniel Cox, the Council Leader. I totally agree with his idea and policy, for cutting the cost of public services by reducing the complex administration of the services. But then;
Even with John Major as PM. and Clarke as Chancellor, what is happening today with the Economy and Global finances, was bound to happen. The Stupidity of the Politics Ordained it. Me? I Was, a committed Tory voter. But that was then, today I wouldn't even get off my backside to vote for anyone in a General Election. I am now committed to Local Democracy. Only then will you be able to recover yours, and the Nations Sovereignty.
Once you remove the power to impose Taxation from that rabble at Westminster, then County by County you can recover the Country from Golbalisation, Global Warming, Global Taxation and Global Slave Drivers. And how you beat these control wallah's is to ask your Employer to consider becomming a Holding Company. All Employment will then be the responsibility of an Agent, based Off-Shore. From there, this Government will have no Legal power to impose any Taxation. And with the situation the Country is entering just now, all they will create is mass unemployment if they try to over-ride the will of the people. It is within your power to bring these people to heel.
The simple manoeuvre that I suggest, is that your Employer talks to a reliable Bank, and for a start I would suggest HSBC. that seems to me to be the only one worth recommending as things stand. Your employer then deposits the Pay-roll in the off-shore branch, and the pay-roll details are passed to the Agent. The Agent then hands the details over to the Bank branch and as such, the Agent is the Banks customer, not the Employees working in the UK.
It is a fraction more complex than that, but that is the basic outline. From this point on, I would ask you to imagine the possible future for the Taxpayers of this Country now that Westminster has lost the "Plot" completely. At this time, you are paying Tax at a little more than 50% of entire income. Come January, or so, you will find yourself paying even more, one way or another. My suggestion could, with a little time, reduce this misappropriation of your income and also reduce much of your Taxation. So many of you silly buggers seem to have forgotten, IT IS YOUR BL**dY mONEY IN THE FIRST bL***Y PLACE.
As that section of Society that does the work and pays the Taxation, you poor old Employees and Employers, numbering some 30 million of you, ain't going to have much money left after paying out all those Billions of £Pounds in Benefits to all-comers.
What you are looking at now, the future, could very well be TEN YEARS of Bust. We have just had TEN YEARS, and more, of Boom. Your only chance is to take the system of Taxation away from Westminster and Whitehall, and put together your own system. Instead of the ruinous Welfare State, why not build yourself a Welfare Society? A system you have to work for and contribute to, before you become entitled. You are supporting far to many people who have never contributed a penny to the pot. Have done with the whole rotten mess, along with Westminster and Whitehall. Build the next chapter of our history along the County Structure working together. You know it makes sense.

My Request to Janet Daley and the Telegraph.
I have now spent all of today on the Daily Telegraph website. I have sorted out what I want to do and now it's time for an early bath then Tea. After that I intend to post a comment here that asks for your active support in putting together an alternative system of employment and Payment so that every working Taxpayer can Legally Avoid Taxation and stick two fingers up to Westminster. And before you ask, yes, I have arranged for the financial funding that is required.

End Of The Line For This Financial Cycle.
I have been looking at the governments spending proposals. And then the off-book debt for the last ten years. Some thousands of billions of £Pounds. About £2000,000,000,000. I believe in figures. Two Thousand Billion Pounds Sterling.
And then there are plans for the spending of more Billions of TaxPayers money. Unless you poor bloody TaxPayers put a stop to it, this nonsense will just go on mounting up, forever-more.
But then when you see what money has been paid out to Derek Conway MP, £1,161,315 in just seven years, and in addition £291,616.45 paid to his wife Colette. Plus, £32,717.32 paid to son Henry Conway and again, £50,068.96 paid to second son, Freddie Conway, you begin to understand where all your Tax money goes and why it is that out of every £1, you earn, over and above the Tax Free Allowance, the Treasury and HMRC, want 50 pence, half of your earnings.
A few days ago, I put it to the local District Council, and then to the County Council, a suggestion that it would be possible for all TaxPayers in the county of Norfolk, England, to legally abandon all demands for payment of Taxation by Central government, by the simple manoeuvre of all Employers, Companies, Business or any other Commercial venture, changing to become a holding Company and out- sourcing the functions of employment including payment of Staff and employees.
Then it will be necessary to use the local Parish and Town Council, to collect the local Taxation to fund the Public Services as required by the Local Population.
I don't know about other Counties, but here in Norfolk we have Eight MPs. Surely just Four would be more than adequate There should be about 172 English MPs out of todays 650, or there-abouts. And that is ALL the English TaxPayer should be paying for.
I'll tell you what, stick with me, we can have quite a time getting our own back on that bunch of wasters.

Either Google is Running the Government or ?
Some time ago, I had another Google Website, "squitforbrains.blogspot".
When Google up-graded their IP site, at least two of my blogspots disappeared. I tried to transfer a page from "Money, Money Money" on to this site. As you can see, it didn't work. The point is, I can't add to this post, and it is wasted now.
The way things have gone with Google this evening, I wouldn't be surprised to find that the Westminster "Tossers" were in charge of Google today. Either that, or Google has been running the British Government. Nothing bloody works.

I was thinking about the Label for this post, and my mind began sorting the day's news. That poor Lady, Sally Clark. I had taken the trouble to look for as much information about professor Sir Roy Meadow as I could find. And the one glaring little gem of information that shone like a beacon was the fact that he would be paid an enormous sum of money for his "evidence", don't quote me on this, but I seem to remember his "evidence" could and did command in th region of £50,000 a time. The thought went through my mind that for so large an amountof money, if the case became "show business" standard, he had an income for life. Never mind the right or wrong, it made good Television. (One, just one, sample of the corruption of our Society and reason enough to curtail the power of the State. By removing Westminsters Power to levy Taxation.) And think of all the trouble those Billions of £Pounds in the Legal Aid Budget can cause.
The second example of the profound changes that have taken place in this Country, was the death of that young black boy in London. Today I watched the report on TV and listend to the remarks made. Even the interview the victim gave on some London TV channel.
The thing that frightened me, was to realise that I "Almost" didn't care. The realisation was a shock. What has this Country become? Me, an old white male, I've been around the world from East to West, and from North to South. From the North West coast of Norway, to St. Pauls and South of St. Pauls. From London to New Guinea, Kiriwina the Trobriand Islands, Woodlark, Goodenough, Fergusson, there are two more but my memory fails me. Anyway, from the South Pacific all the way West, by way of the Philippines and Zamboanga and into the South China Sea. Not forgetting the Sulu Sea. No I havn't gone astray. I can remember sitting at a roadside table in Luanda, West Africa, it must have been 1969 or earlier. I left Africa near the end of '69 and only worked the Mediterranean coast and Egypt after that. But Luanda, I was sitting there with a glass of beer and we, myself and three or four Americans, were talking about how clean the Town was. And it was, by today's standards, you could almost eat off the pavement. And the people, this is an exaggeration, but it was hard to fault them.
I'm turning it over in my mind and comparing yesterday with today. Yesterday was better. And about the knives and guns on the streets of our cities and towns, I remember a Retired, Senior Police officer from long ago, saying, "If once we lose control of the streets, we lose control of everything." He was talking about the time when "concessions" were being made by the courts, for "Rastas" smoking dope. .

This morning, at 0430hrs. Andrew Neil was on BBC TV, interviewing-----a black man, Philips. a pompous 'uman rights waster. The programme was Straight Talk, and straight talk I heard from Mr. Philips. He wants to see Half of the House of Commons with elected black and coloured MPs. And I expect the House of Lords to be the same. Tell me, it was a thought that amused me greatly, when it come to a representation requiring a Whole number plus a fraction or percentage, who get the job of cutting up the bits and pieces. And what happens about male or female members? Elected Members, not the Physical Members. I only ask, just in case an opening is available.
I've rambled on because I have come to no conclusion over the terrible fate of one lad and my conscience. The answer is the responsibility of our Legislators and Parliament. Only that pile of rubbish at Westminster have given away the Power to Legislate, we no longer Can do anything about the conduct of people on the streets. We can only do what we are told to do by others. While that situation exists, I can feel deeply saddened, but I now have No responsibility whatsoever for the actions or conduct of other people. I shall look after me and mine. The rest can go hang. Bloody awful when you are forced to adopt such an attitude that I regard as unnatural. It looks like I am going to spend quite a lot of time awake tonight, thinking about this. I am already at least ninty minutes late going up. So it's good night from me. And my conscience will take some gentle persuasion before it settles. Regards, ATF.
